Aelca is working on almost five hundred new-build homes in the Andalucían capital, which is gradually emerging as one of the major centres of real estate activity in Spain. And not only does the property developer already have six developments underway in Sevilla, through which it will place a total of 455 new homes on the new-build residential market, it is currently working on two urban development projects to ensure its future in the province over the medium term.
These projects are being developed by Árqura Homes, a development company that has reached the figure of 2,042 homes for sale throughout Andalucía, distributed across 28 promotions.
