The Covid crisis has not affected the growth strategy of Aedas Homes. The property developer controlled by the US fund Castlelake estimates that it will receive revenues of more than 1.3 billion euros over the next 17 months from the delivery of 4,200 homes.
This will represent significant progress for the firm since in 2019 it generated turnover of 312 million euros; between January and March 2020, its revenues amounted to 70 million euros; and from April to June to 27.2 million euros. In other words, the firm expects to more than triple the income that it has obtained over the last year and a half.
