Aedas Homes has sold a turnkey development comprising 125 rental homes in Sevilla to the German institutional investor Primevest Capital Partners for 21 million euros. This is the German real estate manager’s first operation in Spain, as reported by the two companies on Friday.
Specifically, Primevest has purchased a building comprising 79 two-bedroom homes, 38 three-bedroom homes and eight four-bedroom homes.
