The joint venture between the Spanish firm Grupo Lar and the French real estate investment firm Primonial has signed an agreement with Aedas for the purchase of five turnkey projects to be constructed by the property developer.
Lar and Primonial will pay 120 million euros for these projects, which will be located in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Alicante.
