Aedas Returns to its Pre-Covid Level of Activity with 106 House Sales in June

The property developer owned by Castlelake has now closed the sale of almost 3,000 units, which will be delivered over the next two years and which will generate revenues of €1 billion.

The property developer Aedas Homes sold 106 homes in June, which is almost in line with the sales volumes recorded by the company before the lockdown to curb the spread of coronavirus.

In this way, the property developer owned by the US fund Castlelake increased the number of sales it has closed to almost 3,000 units. These homes will be delivered over the next two years and will generate income of nearly 1 billion euros for Aedas.
