Aedas Homes has returned from the summer with two important tasks completed. On the one hand, the property developer sold 339 homes during the months of July and August, which generated an income of 141 million euros at a time of year that is always affected by the summer holidays.
Even so, these sales represent an average price of 416,000 euros and, according to the company, confirm its “strength in the medium-high segment, both in urban locations in large cities as well as in coastal municipalities.”
