Aedas Homes has started to market its seventh residential project in Mallorca. Called Eneida, the exclusive development comprises detached and semi-detached houses located in the Llucmajor-Puig de Ros area to the southeast of Palma,.
Specifically, Eneida comprises 16 4-bedroom homes, each with a private pool and garden spanning more than 200 m2. The homes also have a spacious open-plan dining room measuring up to 30 m2, a fully furnished and equipped kitchen, three full bathrooms – including one en suite- and two parking spaces.
