The developer Aedas Homes, which Castlelake controls, is looking to boost its growth through the acquisition of Áurea Homes, owned by the construction group ACR, the company reported to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
Specifically, the listed company confirmed, “the existence of preliminary contacts with ACR Grupo concerning a potential corporate transaction, currently under study, without being able to guarantee, at this date, either the precise terms or the probability of success of the transaction.”
If the transaction were to occur, it would thus provide Aedas Homes with a portfolio of land worth close to 80 million euros.
