Aedas Homes will invest about 50 million euros to building more than 200 homes in Terrassa, as the developer reported Wednesday.
Specifically, Aedas, which has already delivered about 1,000 homes in Catalonia, will develop three residential in this Barcelona municipality, the third most populous of the entire autonomous community, creating about 500 indirect jobs.
In the next weeks, Aedas will launch Vernet, the first of these developments, on the southeast side of Terrassa. Consisting of 81 homes of one, two, three and four bedrooms, it will have a swimming pool, garden areas and a playground for children.
Subsequently, the developer will put on the market the Herolt and Sirani residential projects to the north of Terrassa. They include 39 and 87 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, respectively. The Sirani residential complex will also have complete common areas.
