The sales and deliveries achieved during most of the financial year 2022 are going to serve as the best possible cushion in the face of the economic uncertainty that is now affecting all of Europe. Aedas Homes has announced that it closed the first half of its fiscal year 2022-23 (April-September 2022) with an order book comprising 4,789 units worth 1.49 billion euros.
That figure “provides significant business visibility over the next three years,” the company said in a statement. In terms of its most recent past, Aedas has sold homes worth 419 million euros in the last six months for an average price of 396,000 euros per unit, 20% more than in 2021.
