Aedas Homes is continuing its expansion across Spain, making its debut in Murcia with Project Gaudia. Located near the city center and comprising 198 homes, Gaudia will involve an investment of almost 35 million euros and the creation of around 500 indirect jobs over the two years that it will take to construct the development.
The project comes complete with common areas on the roof (including a swimming pool with a lounge and community kitchen) and the ground floor (a second pool, wellness area, gym and social club).
