Between January and December 2021, Aedas Homes handed over 2,470 homes in total, the highest number recorded by any property developer in one calendar year in the last decade, as reported by the company led by David Martínez on Monday. This figure represents an increase of 160% compared to 2020.
Specifically, the company, whose year end for the fiscal year 2021-2022 falls in March 2022, delivered 1,185 homes during the first quarter of last year, 268 between April and June, 444 between July and September, and 573 between October and December.
