The property developer Aedas Homes, controlled by Castlelake, has already sold 98% of the homes that it will deliver before the close of its financial year, which ends on 31 March 2021.
This has allowed the company to reiterate its goal of delivering more than 1,900 units and to fulfil its business plan, despite the uncertainty caused by Covid-19.
