The property developer Aedas Homes is finalising its first high-rise industrialised housing project, which it plans to present over the coming months. The firm expects the construction model to account for 10% of its total supply in the short- and medium-term and for that percentage to gradually increase going forward.
The company led by David Martínez, which has been promoting the industrialisation of housing since 2018, is in the research and development phase of its first high-rise development using this system, according to Luis García Malo de Molina, Director of Operations, speaking to Efe.
