The property developer Aedas Homes is making its debut in Móstoles, one of the main towns in the metropolitan area to the southwest of the Spanish capital, with more than 200,000 inhabitants. More than 1,000 users have been attracted by an offer of single-family homes, a very rare type in the municipality. Aedas is going to start building its homes in the area where it is planning a total of three developments with a global investment of more than 24 million euros. With the commercialisation of Caelia, the first of the projects is launched.
The Caelia complex will comprise 58 single-family three-bedroom homes, with the possibility of a ground floor, first floor and solarium. Each of these properties will be built on a private plot with above-ground parking and the option of an individual pool in the garden. “We are talking about a very attractive residential concept that is in demand in the area by people who want the freedom that an independent house provides,” says Gema Fernández, Promotions Manager of AEDAS Homes for Central Region.
