The Socimi Advero Properties has completed the acquisition of a building in Martorell, Barcelona, which comprises 24 homes and 11 parking spaces.
This is the thirteenth property that the Socimi has purchased. The firm focuses its activity on Madrid (Tetuán and Vallecas), Barcelona (Rubí, Sabadell, Terrassa and Martorell) and Málaga (the Trinity neighborhood).
