Adriano Care, a socimi specialising in senior citizen residences, has announced its acquisition of two new facilities in León. In total, the company has invested 6 million euros, adding 140 more beds to its portfolio.
As announced to BME Growth, the socimi’s portfolio currently has 14 assets and around 1,800 beds.
