The Spanish Socimi Adriano Care, which specialises in investment in assets for the elderly, and which is managed by Azora, has purchased two new nursing homes for approximately 35 million euros.
Specifically, one of the assets is located in Santander, in the central neighbourhood of Puerto Chico; it has 118 beds and is operated by Orpea. The second asset is located in Sant Cugat del Vallés (Barcelona), has 180 beds and is operated by Amavir. Both properties have mandatory long-term rental contracts.
