The railway manager has announced the tender of the thirty-year lease for the retail space in Pozuelo de Alarcón’s train station, along with the adjoining parking lot. The minimum initial rent for the first year is €50,000, which will increase during the term of the contract.
The commercial space is located inside Pozuelo de Alarcón’s train station and spans 4,047 m², whilst the parking lot spans a surface area of 1,744 m².
