Adif Awards the Management of ‘La Estación’ Shopping Centre in Pozuelo to LyC

The long term nature of the lease will allow the new managers to set out a complete renovation project for the asset.

LyC Consultores has been appointed to manage La Estación shopping centre, located in the Madrilenian town of Pozuelo de Alarcón, through a tender organised by Adif.

With this new addition, LyC Consultores now manages a portfolio of 15 shopping centres spanning a GLA of 664,000 m2.
