The Spanish construction company ACR has been chosen by the Belgian investment fund LIFE.be to construct one of the largest student residences in Spain in the city of Salamanca. The industrialised macro-project will have 915 rooms and a total constructed surface area of almost 27,000 square metres.
The execution period of the new residence is expected to be only 16 months thanks to the use of various industrialised systems, in both 2D and 3D. Specifically, several 3D industrialised modules will be installed, such as the 915 completely finished bathrooms, in a plug&play style, supplied courtesy of the company IC-10.
