Accor to Open its First ‘So’ Hotel in Spain This Summer in Sotogrande

The hotel giant is progressing with the renovation of its luxury brand So's first establishment in Spain, with a budget of more than 40 million euros.

The comprehensive renovation of the new SO / Sotogrande is progressing in leaps and bounds. It is a high-end luxury hotel, the first in Spain for the Accor group brand. Promoted by Sotogrande S.A., the opening is scheduled for this summer. The investment in this project will amount to around 40 million euros.

The hotel will have 152 rooms in total, including several newly built suites in the southern part of the complex. In addition, there will be two VIP Suites in the penthouse of the main building, spanning up to 140 m2 each, with some of the most privileged terraces in the entire urbanization.
