Acciona’s real estate division has been awarded the contract to build three logistics warehouses and develop their interiors on the Las Cárcavas industrial estate in Illescas (Toledo) for 58 million euros.
In total, the warehouses will span a combined surface area of 186,000 square metres with 8,100 square metres of offices. According to the company, the execution period will last between eight and eleven months.
