Acciona has reached an agreement to sell its stakes in eight concession assets in Spain to Meridiam and Bestinver, in a transaction valued at 484 million euros, of which 357 million euros corresponds to the value of the stakes and 127 million euros to the associated debt.
Specifically, Acciona is going to dispose of its concession stakes in the A-66 Ruta de la Plata highway (Benavente-Zamora), the CM-42 highway de los Viñedos (Consuegra-Tomelloso), the Álvaro Cunqueiro Hospital (Vigo), the Hospital de Toledo, the Can Misses Hospital (Ibiza), the Infanta Sofía University Hospital (San Sebastián de los Reyes), the Canal de Navarra and the Law Faculty at the University of Barcelona.
