An investment of more than 100 million euros to construct a business park in Madrid capital. That is the ambitious task in which Acciona has been immersed for several months.
At the beginning of 2019, the infrastructure, energy and real estate group closed the purchase of the historic Banesto offices, located on Calle Mesena in the Hortaleza district, from Banco Santander for an undisclosed sum. The site is very close to the headquarters of other groups such as Unidad Editorial and Gas Natural (now Naturgy).
