The Minister for Transport, Mobility and the Urban Agenda, José Luis Ábalos, has announced that the urbanisation work for the old Artillery Regiment Barracks in the city of Sevilla will be put out to tender in the fourth quarter of 2021.
The project will involve an investment of more than 38 million euros to enable the construction of around 948 homes, which will form part of the Mitma Housing Plan for Affordable Rental Properties. In total, 1,800 homes are going to be built in Andalucía as a result of various agreements signed over the last two and a half years.
