Last Friday, the Government Board of Elche granted the construction license to the company Eco Villas 2020 S.L, for the construction of a building that will house 95 officially protected homes, according to Alicante Plaza.
The company belongs to the Belda Marcos brothers, who in turn are owners of other well-known real estate companies in the city such as Aigest, construction companies such as Inverseven Levante, Ilicases Futur and other firms in other sectors, such as Heronjapo and Lachefita, in the food services industry, and Sommoda Inversiones, in the fashion sector.
