A Norwegian Businessman Buys a Property in Mallorca for €63 Million

The Fortaleza estate located in the Mallorcan municipality of Pollença has been acquired by Ivar Tollefsen, a Norwegian billionaire businessman, who has paid a total of 63 million euros.

The transaction was closed in March with its previous owner, Lord James Lupton, treasurer of the British Conservative Party, who bought the estate in 2011 for private use and to rent it for events and celebrations, according to Diario de Mallorca.
