The Ociopía shopping center, located in the municipality of Orihuela (Alicante), has a new owner. A private investment company based in Mexico has acquired the property from the fund Cepheus Capital, according to the newspaper Valencia Plaza.
The amount paid for the operation, which was closed at the end of last year, has not been disclosed, but Cepheus Capital acquired it for 5.5 million euros from its promoter, CBRE, in 2014.
