The ‘Mossaic’ hotel located in Los Alcázares, Murcia, has been acquired by a Hungarian investment fund for 9.3 million euros. This four-star hotel establishment, which contains 71 double rooms, three suites and 9 junior suites, was a project from Juan Antonio Roca, former advisor and manager of Urban Planning for Marbella City Council who was convicted of various cases of corruption, including Operation Malaya.
In addition, for 800,000 euros, the foreign fund has also acquired the rights to operate the underground car park located under the town’s Plaza del Consistorio, which continues to be owned by the City Council.
