The flow of sales in the hotel segment continues. The Hotel Rosa dels Vents, located on the Paseo Marítimo in the Catalan town of Sant Antoni de Calonge (Girona), has been sold for 14.5 million euros. The consulting firm aCapital, a specialist in the fields of hotel, logistics, industrial, land, residential and real estate development, which forms part of the aFinance Group, has advised on the sale of the asset.
With a total surface area of 2,900 square metres, the site will be used to build 90 eco-sustainable homes. Starting in 2023, Roig Construccions will begin work on the new Rosa dels Vents residential complex from the developer Delsvents Real Estate.
