Madrid has recorded a new residential operation. An international fund has acquired land in the Mirasierra neighbourhood, specifically at number 86 Calle Cerro Minguete, for which it has disbursed more than 10 million euros, according to Idealista News.
The acquired plot has an area of 3,336 square metres and will be home to 24 new semi-detached houses with an average surface area of 165 square meters each. The houses will have three bedrooms, a garden and the option of building an outdoor pool. The operation has been advised by aCapital.
