A family office has acquired a portfolio consisting of three residential properties located just a few minutes from the centre of Madrid for around 11 million euros.
The buildings, which are leased almost in their entirety, are located in the Arganzuela district, in the Delicias neighbourhood. In total, the properties span a total surface area of 4,520 square metres distributed over 83 homes and one commercial premise.
