
A Chilean investor, whose name has not been disclosed, has purchased WeWork’s headquarters in Madrid. The property is an office building located on Calle Fernando el Santo, 20, which has a surface area spanning 3,798 square metres, distributed over a ground floor, seven upper floors, an attic and two basements for parking
The operation has been closed for around €40 million, according to El Confidencial, with a yield of 4%. It has been carried out in the midst of the coronavirus crisis, whereby providing a glimmer of hope for the sector. Previously, the asset was owned by the manager Royal Metropolitan, which bought it from Inversis three years ago for €20 million.
