By the end of February, the Spanish transactional market had registered a total of 313 transactions with an aggregate value of 26.2 billion euros, according to a monthly report compiled by TTR in collaboration with Datasite.
These figures represent a decrease of 29.66% in terms of the number of transactions closed with respect to the same period in 2020, but a 225% increase in the volume of capital mobilised.
