According to analysis prepared by the Research Department of the appraisal company CoHispania in relation to the prices of homes for sale in Spain, during the month of August, 4.43% of the homes on the market saw their prices reduced compared to the month of July.
Homes in Madrid and Barcelona registered an average price decrease of 5% and 6%, respectively, in August, below the figure recorded in July (-7% in both cities).
