The company 011H will focus on the construction of what it calls smart buildings, “equipped with all the necessary technology to make life more comfortable for its inhabitants, owners and build to rent operators”.
It already has three projects underway, with construction scheduled for March 2021; the first project is located in Barcelona. Initially, the company’s activity will only be in Spain, although it plans to grow in Europe over the medium term.
