The Emerige Group, founded by Laurent Dumas in 1989, has put up for sale a building located on Calle Santa Engracia, 42 in Madrid. The asking price has not been disclosed but could amount to between 12 and 15 million euros, according to El Confidencial.
The building was acquired by the company in 2019, the year in which they also obtained the necessary building permit. Then followed the renovation of the property to promote 23 luxury homes, but, for various reasons, including high construction costs, the building work has been suspended.
