The land, located next to El Soto Renfe Cercanías station, spans a buildable surface area of more than 150,000 square metres.
El Corte Inglés has formally communicated to Móstoles City Council in Madrid, its intention to promote a residential development on the site of a former tertiary complex, according to El Mundo.
The land is currently assigned for residential use. It spans an area of 95,348 square metres and a buildable area of 159,560 m2. For several decades, it used to house the headquarters of Móstoles Industrial (Moinsa), owned by El Corte Inglés.
