El Corte Inglés has contacted a number of real estate consultants to commission the sale of various assets from its portfolio, according to Cinco Días.
The company led by Marta Álvarez could earn 800 million euros from the sale of its earmarked properties. That would allow a reduction in the group’s leverage level and a more efficient use of those assets remaining in the portfolio.
