A new hotel portfolio is up for sale. It comprises five establishments operated by the Ayre hotel chain, which is owned 50% by El Corte Inglés and 50% by the Palladium group, which is in turn owned by the Matutes family.
The hotel portfolio is made up of the four-star Ayre Gran Colón hotel located in Madrid, the Ayre Gran Vía in Barcelona, the Córdoba Hotel and two other establishments located in Asturias. The five establishments have 810 rooms in total.
