DWS, Deutsche Bank’s fund manager, has bought 1,763 build-to-rent homes from Culmia, the property developer owned by the fund Oaktree. The properties form part of Plan Vive, the urban rental housing plan promoted by the Community of Madrid, according to Expansión.
Specifically, the 1,763 homes acquired by the German manager are spread over a dozen developments located in the Madrilenian municipalities of Alcalá de Henares, Alcorcón, Getafe, San Sebastián de los Reyes and Tres Cantos.
