The fund manager Dunas Capital has completed the acquisition of 6 million square metres of land in the Meco Azuqueca Logistics Area, between Madrid and Guadalajara; and at the Noblejas Linear Technology Park, in Toledo. According to Expansión, it is now the largest landowner at both sites.
The intention of Dunas is to invest 1,000 million euros, between equity and debt, in the development of these plots over the next four to five years. To this end, it is now actively seeking a partner.
