A real estate fund managed by Deka Immobilien has bought the office building located on Calle Áncora 40 in Madrid, from the investment group Blue Coast Capital, as reported by the consulting firm JLL on Monday.
The property, which is located near Méndez Álvaro in the south of the capital, has been rented for a year to the food delivery company Just Eat, which has its headquarters in the building.
