Culmia recorded revenues of 295 million euros and an EBITDA of 31 million euros in 2021, as reported by the new-build real estate developer on Wednesday.
Specifically, Culmia sold 1,109 homes last year: 40% of those sales were made in Cataluña, 34% in the central region, 16% in the south and 10% in the Levante area. In addition, it signed the deeds for 814 units.
