Culmia is making a record investment. The property developer branch of the former Solvia is continuing to grow with the purchase of 16 plots of residential land in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid.
The property developer led by Francisco Pérez has acquired a total of 105,000 buildable square meters, where it is going to construct 1,050 homes. Culmia already owns 18% of the Pozuelo Oeste Distribution Area, which will ultimately consist of 5,500 homes. In total, Culmia is going to construct 16 developments comprising 4-storey buildings and single-family homes.
