Culmia has become the majority owner of one of the most sought-after areas in Málaga and, therefore, one of the most sought-after places in all of Spain. The property developer is going to dedicate up to 81 million euros to the construction of 300 homes in the Morales urban development.
It will do so after acquiring land in the development and whereby taking control of the entire process. Culmia already owned 27% of the plot and following its latest purchase has added 17,850 square metres of space, equivalent to 34% of the total development. As such, it is now the majority owner of the project with more than 60% of the total.
