Kronos Properties, the real estate asset division of Kronos, has obtained the commercial license for the WAY Ourense space. Building work will begin in December with the opening scheduled for September 2021.
With an investment of 25 million euros, the Kronos commercial and leisure development will be the first of its kind in Ourense, and given its location in San Cribao de Viñas, will have an area of influence of more than 229,000 inhabitants.
