The Congress of Deputies has approved the Housing Act. The majority of the members of Parliament voted in favour of the bill, which is designed to regulate the Youth Rental Scheme and the State Plan for access to housing 2022-2025.
Raquel Sánchez, Minister for Transport, Mobility and the Urban Agenda, said during her presentation of the Housing Act that: «We need to achieve a sufficient supply of rental housing at affordable prices, in line with the provisions that have been made in Europe».
