The Socimi Colonial has sold three office buildings in Madrid to Prallariz, the company owned by the businessman Rafael González-Vallinas, for a total of 300 million euros, according to El Confidencial.
The properties are located in the financial centre of the Spanish capital, specifically on Calle Almagro, 9, Calle José Abascal, 56 and Calle Miguel Ángel, 11.
